BauTube Livestream “The Show Must Go On Vol.4” – Refund procedure

Dear customers,

We are sorry that we had to postpone Bauhaus Livestream – The Show Must Go On Vol.4, initially scheduled for Sat. 10th April, to a later date. This online event has been postponed to Sat. 24th April.

We are happy to offer your the option to receive a refund for your ticket if you prefer not to keep it for the rescheduled event. If you would like to receive a refund, please fill in the form below. The refund will be returned to the payment method that you used to pay your order (PayPal, credit card or bank transfer). Please allow us a few business days to process your refund request. If you do not receive a confirmation of refund one week after your request, please contact BauTube support.

If you do not request a refund, you will receive by email updated instructions about how to join the livestream, once the date will be decided. Please note that after the date is decided and announced, the maximum delay to request a refund will be 7 days. After this delay, the updated instructions to join the livestream will be emailed to all customers. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that the email address must be the same that you used for your order. Your order number can be found in the confirmation email that you have received after your purchase.

  • If you purchased several tickets, we will refund them all.
  • If you used a coupon code, we will issue a new one with the same amount.
  • If you ordered one of the cheering goods package (ticket + sticker, ticket + sticker + mask, ticket + sticker + t-shirt), please indicate if you would like to receive a refund of the ticket only (1500 yen). In that case, we will process your order for the items and ship them to you. Otherwise, we will cancel and refund the total amount.
