Sorry for having kept you waiting for a long time – We’re happy to announce today that Bauhaus is about to reopen!
We’ve been closed for about half a year. It’s been a very long time, during which we missed you a lot. All our staff would like to express their sincere gratitude for the messages and signs of support received from all of you during that time. We also thank you for the support you gave us by purchasing tickets and merch on our online shop.
We will reopen from Friday 16th and Saturday 17th October.Customers who have purchased online tickets will have the priority in making reservations.
For the time being, Bauhaus will be opened only on Fridays and Saturdays, and only on reservation. Thank you for your understanding about these limitations.
When resuming our activities, we will of course comply with the guidelines for preventing the spread of coronavirus infection. We will give top priority to the safety and security of our visitors and staff. For this reason and until further notice, our capacity will be limited to 40 customers, to avoid close contact.
In addition, while our operations were suspended, we took several measures to prevent infection. We added a ventilation system, installed powerful air purifiers in 6 different locations inside our venue, and set separation screens at the entrance and counters. Alcohol for hand disinfection will be available at each table.
We also introduced systems to reduce physical contacts, such as an automatic temperature measurement thermal camera, a payment system compatible with electronic money from several countries, and an automatic water tap. Thorough prevention measures will also be carried out, such as daily health management and temperature control and registration contact confirmation application (COCOA) from the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for all our staff.
